Sharon Grossman

Dr. Sharon Grossman is not only the author of several books, but also a business consultant and keynote speaker. Senior executives and HR leaders hire her because newly promoted managers often find themselves “rewarded” for their skills and hard work, only to discover they’re in over their heads when it comes to leading a team. She helps these managers transition into true leaders, enhance their communication skills, and build stronger, more productive teams that stay.

When she's not helping teams reach their full potential, Sharon enjoys life in Miami Beach, Florida with her husband and two children.
